Chromecast no longer plays tv apps, they all freeze. Fix this . Started yesterday

Hey there Noname2022,

I apologize about the late response on this, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that freezing issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine it's pretty frustrating. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • What is the firmware version of your Chromecast?
  • Does this only occur on the Live TV apps, or all apps?
  • Have you already attempted a factory reset of your device?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
