Chromecast with Google TV - Error resolution - Option disappear

I have the Chromecast with TV model and the resolution option is not currently appearing in the settings. When you start Chromecast changes the resolution to 1080p and then it goes to 720p. I even made a factory redefinition and did not solve. My TV is old and does not accept these automatic settings very well. Does anyone have any solution?

Just to leave feedback, there was a drop in light here at home and by chance the option appeared again. I even turned off and call from the outlet and not resolved before. I think the problem was on TV that was somehow hindering and the only thing that had not been done yet. Now everything is normal and I can choose the resolution at Chromecast Wit Google TV.
