Device has been working fine but all of a sudden no longer responds and no light. Have tried connecting to other HDMI ports, including computer but no light. How do I check warranty? Was my device registered somewhere during setup?

Forget the HDMI port for a moment, how are you powering the device? Is it using the original connecter ? The base or wire may be faulty, try switching that out , and use an outlet, not a USB port on your TV, just to be sure.

It’s powered via the HDMI port. There is no other power source.
