Hi. I saw the previous post and tried all suggestions listed. This is out of the box today. I uninstalled disney. Restarted. Waited a bit. Cleared cache. No go. Any other suggestions? Internet speed is fine

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. Have you tried to check if this is also happening with other supported video apps? Please reboot your Chromecast with Google TV (4K) and plug it in on a different HDMI port on your TV. Rebooting your Wi-Fi router might also help.
If the issue is isolated with the Disney+ app, please reach out to the app manufacturer for further help.

Hi Jennifer. Tried both. Sadly didn't work. I had the same issue accessing d+ on my phone. Turned wifi off. Got on. Turned wifi back on. Was able to continue to use disney+. Now having 0 issue with my phone. Almost got thru a couple times in Google tv. It declined my phone to acces it. Started to login with login but couldn't get to password before failure. now back at the circling ending with error. Tablet and phone both on wifi working fine with disney +. Just Google tv that won't work.

Thanks for getting back to us. Please perform a factory reset on your Chromecast with Google TV (4K) and try again. Also, it would be best to reach out with Disney+ support for additional help.

Unfortunately I am not impressed with Google tv. After the factory reset and re-adding the apps. Logging into all of them but disney +, which still doesn't work, using the apps is so dreadfully slow that it isn't worth it for Netflix or prime which work quickly and flawlessly within my TV subscription. If it wasn't cheaper buying Google tv vs plain chromecast I would return it in a heartbeat.

H Jennifer. Sorry, busy holidays. I am going away so was very busy this past weekend. I will try casting disney+ and hope that my phone authorizes the app as soon as I have the chance...but it won't until next week

I finally got in! I casted for a bit. My phone did not authorize. Tried to log in. 4th time I made it all the way through!
