I recently changed my internet provider, and I can't get my ChromeCast to connect to the new WiFi.

I can see my Chromecast device in my Google Home main panel, but when I click the setting gear for it, I get a message that it can't connect.  I am unable to reboot the ChromeCast.  I am unable to restor it to factory settings.  It seems permanently stuck on the previous network.

Hard reset the Chromecast device and reconfigure it.
