Poor sound quality

I’m having muffled sound through my television speaker it’s okay with YouTube and Spotify but when using Amazon Prime and Netflix and Disney I’m finding that the sound is muffled anyone have any answers?

So, the solution was to turn the speaker off and on. It was nothing to do with the Chromecast or TV.

Hi @MattReynolds 

Do you have some kind of surround / soundbar connected to your TV?
You could try to set the sound within the Google TV settings to Stereo to find out if that helps.
