Unable to Load

We have a tiki hut with 2 TV's.  I have installed Google Chromecasts on both.  The one TV says "unable to load" while the other works perfectly.  I actually switched the chromecasts and it does the same (the tv on the east side works fine while the tv on the west side continues to give this "unable to load" message, even when switched).   I previously had a regular chromecast on this west tv with no problems casting.   I have done everything.  Reloaded the YouTube TV app, like I said, switched the chromecasts, unplugged the TV, etc.  Please help because I am going out of my mind!

I apologize about the late response on this thread, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know I would be confused in that scenario as well! Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • What is the firmware version of the Chromecast devices?
  • Have you already seen this article on troubleshooting your connection?
  • Are all devices on the same network band? Either 2.4GHz or 5GHz
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
