i’m using my google home speaker to search for youtube videos on my chromecast. Until recently it always showed the latest added videos first, but now it shows what i believe is the most popular ones, and the newest doesn’t come up at all. Is there anyway to fix this?

This seems to have fixed itself overnight and now it’s back to how it was before. Must’ve been some kinda glitch. Anyway, thanks for the reply!

Hi Lanzar2,
Thanks for reaching out. To confirm, is your Chromecast device working as intended? What voice commands are you using to talk to your Google Home device to play a video?
I'll look forward to your response.
Thanks,
Jennifer

For example if i say ”hey google…search lululuvely on youtube” it says ”here’s some options, showing on chromecast, which one would you like?” and then it gives me a list of videos to choose from, but they are months and even years old videos instead of recently added videos. I have used this search phrase for years and it has always showed the latest added videos fist but now suddenly stopped doing that. Otherwise the chromecast works great.
