How to check and remove, if someone is connected to smart device through google assistant

akashtyagi

I and my friends are sharing a flat with the same WiFi network. So when I am adding my Wipro smart bulb to my Google home app it's by default getting add in to my friend's Google home app also. And, here it is showing on my phone that my Wipro smart bulb is connected to two devices.

When I installed the home app my friend's smart TV was showing on my home app with all access to his TV but he removed his TV from my home app ( I don't know how?). Now, he is controlling my all devices and making me irritated.

Please help me with this issue.

Thanks.

Hey there akashtyagi,

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with sharing your Google Home, I know it can be confusing, but I'm happy to look into this for you.

I was able to find a great article on managing your shared devices and Home app, and how to remove others from it.

Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

Best regards,
