Nest app says I’m home but won’t accept it for Home/away assist
I have reset the location settings but I get an error message stating that because nest hasn’t heard from my phone for a few days it’s not using it.
What makes no sense is I’m always home!

Hi Invisible,
Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay.
A few questions: is there another home member using your phone location? Are there other devices (Thermostat, Protect, Secure) being used for occupancy sensing? Could you please check your Activity History in the Nest App by going to Settings then Home/Away Assist and Activity? This should provide an explanation of what is happening in your home state over the previous 10 days.
Best,
Jenelyn
