I have recently changed my internet provider from BT to EE and have not been able to re install my two cameras. I think I have followed all suggestions to the letter but no luck.. Still telling me 'something went wrong'
I followed instructions on how to revert to factory settings. Switched the cameras off. I understand that to install I switch the cameras back on and wait for the white light to turn blue before proceeding. The light stays white.
I have tried both scanning the QR codes and have found the camera's serial number and tried that route but all to no avail. What can you suggest?

Sometimes customers perform a "Restart" rather than a "Factory reset" because both sets of instructions are in the same Help topic (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162), or they don't hold the reset pin down long enough to complete the "Factory reset".
