I'm paying for my subscription and since Tuesday I have not been getting any 24/7 video recordings
I'm not having any success trying to talk to someone to get it taken care of. Does anyone know how I can fix my issue or have any ideas cuz I am at a loss right now. Any help would be appreciated.

Is your Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription active, as shown when you click on your subscription here: https://store.google.com/subscriptions, and is it for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your cameras and doorbells, as shown in the Google Nest app and/or Google Home app?
If you have 2nd gen Google Nest cameras or doorbells, if you go to those devices in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video | Video history, is one of the Nest Aware options checked?
If you have 1st gen Google Nest cameras or doorbells, if you go to those devices in the Google Nest app and go to Settings, is "Video history" turned on?
If you have 2nd gen Google Nest cameras or doorbells, are you seeing no history in the Google Home app as documented on this Help page? And are you seeing no history on the home.google.com website?
