Powerview Scenes No Devices

Gadzuk

My HunterDouglas Powerview 2 hub had been working correctly with Google Home for about 2 years but now it shows "no devices".  A similar issue has been reported on a number of threads in this forum but those are now locked.

My Powerview integration is working correctly from the IOS app, and it works from Alexa integration so I know the scenes are being published and this is why I think this is an issue on the Google side.  I've tried unlinking / relinking, check new devices, sync my devices, and I've restarted every Google device in my home.

My hunch is that Google Home is caching corrupt information from a previous integration but I can't find anyplace to clear or reset.

I figured it out, it’s working!  I’m not sure which step above resolved the problem, but I suspect it was the link you provided.

After removing Powerview Scenes, clearing with the link, and then re-adding I get “No devices”.

However, when I create a routine, add a scene I do see my Powerview scenes.  Just not the devices, which is fine for my purposes.

Thank you again for your help!

regards,

Peter

Hi Gadzuk,

Thanks for reaching out. Check out this link and see if the HunterDouglas Powerview 2 hub is still linked. If so, you can remove it there. Once done, relink it to the Google Home app.

Hope this helps.
