Yale lock with Nest Connect issues

Only ONE out of 4 Yale Locks have connected. I think the Nest Connect units aren't set up correctly. I have an Xfinity router and not sure if there is a way to set it for 2.4 gHz network or if that's an issue. I attempted to set up one of the Nest Connect devices fresh and start over with factory reset on the Yale Lock. The factory reset worked but still wouldn't connect to the Nest Connect so I tried to set the Nest Connect up again. I don't see it or the Yale Lock showing up in the Nest App. When I scan the Nest Connect it says "this device is already set up" to remove it go to Settings. The Settings on the Nest App and/or Google Home do not show it anywhere so I can't locate it to remove it. Neither the Yale lock (that I named) or the the Nest Connect (that thinks it's already set up) shows up anywhere on my phone, in Bluetooth, Wifi, Nest app, or Google Home. The one lock that is working does show up. What can I do?
