I have been trying to cancel my Nest subscription since December. Something changed from Nest to Google, rendering me unable to login or even create a new account. One of my cameras quit working and I switched to a different brand throughout my house in December, but I'm still being automatically charged. ALL I WANT TO DO IS CANCEL MY NEST SUBSCRIPTION. Does anyone know how to contact NEST/GOOGLE directly without having to login to an account. This has been much more difficult than I could have imagined.

I'm at the point that I feel my only option is to file a claim with my bank for fraudulent charges.

Good grief. If you had even bothered to read my complaint, you would know that I CANNOT access my account, that your camera has been broken since before Christmas, and I have been trying to cancel my subscription ever since. I guess my next step is to contact the BBB, and my bank because you guys are absolutely no help whatsoever. I will NEVER recommend your product to anyone.

Yes, I have been all through the CONTACT US section. None of those options work for me.
