I'm not sure what happened in your case, but I don't think you can get new subscriptions for 1st gen Nest Aware: "As of July 13, 2023, Google will no longer sell new subscriptions of 1st gen Nest Aware. Any 1st gen subscriptions that you currently have will continue to renew."

On that same page, you could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

I don't know whether Google Nest can reinstate a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription that was cancelled due to some sort of processing error, but you could try the "Contact us" link I referenced earlier.

Google Nest has offered just two 2nd gen Nest Aware subscriptions since 2019, the 30-day event video history "Nest Aware" plan and the 10-day 24/7 video history plus 60-day event video history "Nest Aware Plus" plan. You can see the current pricing for all subscriptions here:

We've been on the "Nest Aware Plus" subscription since 2020 because, with several cameras and doorbells, it was cheaper than the 1st gen subscription.

I was told via email that my subscription was suspended because they didn’t get couple payments and check out my payment methods, none of my methods have changed. So yesterday nest aware popped with these offers too get on board, but the 5 day history no longer exist, other options are a 30 days or 1 year. My family check these cameras regularly so I don’t need a year or thirty day history. Just another way to get you.
