had a nest aware subscription at my previous home, moved in a month ago and just noticed the subscription didn't transfer over to the new home account . please assist

Nest Aware subscriptions simply do not transfer. They apply to only one Google Nest "home/structure". Unfortunately, you'll have to cancel the old subscription and buy a new subscription.

@jmnacion, you can transfer a 2nd generation Nest aware subscription to another Home structure unless the previous Home structure where Nest aware subscriptions were active has already been deleted. To know if you have a 1st generation Nest Aware subscription, there are separate subscriptions for each camera in your home that cannot be transferred to any home structure.
Here are the steps to transfer a 2nd Gen Nest-aware subscription to a new Home structure.
1. Open the Google Home App.
2. Select the Home structure where you want to transfer the Nest Aware.
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Select Subscriptions.
5. Tap Nest Aware.
6. Select Apply.
