Doorbell issue

Izzybee
Community Member

We had problems with our wifi, so AT&T split ours into two accounts, using the same password. Everything on our security came back online once we connected it, except the doorbell. So my husband deleted it from the app. Now the app is asking for a six digit from the back of the doorbell (that’s already installed), to simply get it connected to the wifi. Surely there’s an easier way than removing the doorbell?

Unfortunately, you need either the 6-character Setup Code or the QR code to install or re-install Google Nest cameras and doorbells. Because of that, years ago we started writing down the Setup Codes for all of our cameras and doorbells.
