Error Code PO14(0.65)

I have 5 Nest protects wired and all were installed a couple years ago at the same time. Last night, one went offline. When I try to reconnect it to my wireless network, I get this error code, PO14(0.65) (or perhaps is P0(0.65).  Wi-Fi is working, the signal near the protect is strong and all other products are working normally (also have a thermostat).

I get a blue light on the device when I am trying to connect, but it seems to time out after not connecting.

Any advice?

Thank you!

Hi @NeferNoir,

Thanks for reaching out to us here in the community. I'm sorry to hear about your Nest Protect being offline.

I really appreciate the details about the steps you've already taken. Since the light is pulsing blue, this means the device is ready for setup, but the app might have timed out during the process.

Here are some steps you can perform:

  • Confirm that you have the latest version of the Nest app.
  • Make sure Bluetooth is on. Turn Bluetooth off, then back on to refresh the connection.
  • Put the mobile device on airplane mode, then turn on Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
  • Restart the phone or tablet.
  • Move the Nest Protect closer to your router.
  • Reset the Nest Protect to the default settings. You can follow the next article: Reset Nest Protect and erase all settings.
  • Set up the device again. You can refer to this article: Set up Nest Protect with the app.

Please keep me updated.

Best regards,

Jenniffer
