Hi,
Can anyone help me on this question?
I just purchased a Google Nest Hub Max & was wondering when I use the phone to make a call, does the minutes deduct from my cell phone or home landline?
Thank You,
Najie

If you are calling from your nest hub then no it wouldn't use your cell minutes , as it calls through Google voice / duo .

Hi,
Thank you so much for your quick reply. I really appreciate it. Does it still use google voice duo even if the the person you are calling does not have it? Also, how do I know that I'm using Google Voice Duo? Do I have to do something special or does it just automatically go to Duo?

From the hub it would automatically call via duo / Google voice , you can be sure of this as even if you turn off your phone the call will still go through. The only way it would use your minutes would be if you connected your phone via Bluetooth to the hub for the call, which I assume you aren't doing 🙂
