I have reset my router(Google Nest Wifi), my iPhone 12, Google Nest Protect several times. I still get P0018(0.65). I know Nest Wifi is dual band 2.4/5.0Ghz. I had a secrety camera that would only work on 2.4ghz wifi as well. I would go far enough away, in the driveway to where the 2.4ghz only could reach and connect it that way. I have done this several times as well. But with both products being Nest you would think they work well together. Is there anything that worked for anybody else?

I'm assuming you've already tried these steps?
Troubleshooting a P018 or P008 error when setting up a Nest Protect - Google Nest Help
If it still won't connect after trying those steps, try creating a new "home" in the Nest app, and try setup in the new "home".

Yes, I have tried all of the above. Support could only read what’s on their screen. No help. I have since resorted to buying a cheap 2.4ghz only router to see if that’s the issue. It comes in a few days.

Yes I tried these. No dice.

I’ve returned the product. From what I’ve researched, for some reason I failed to understand, Google has made a device that will not work with Google Mesh WiFi. SMH. I’m pretty sure it’s because of the 2.6/5.0ghz dual signal that you cannot separate from the Google mesh WiFi. Support is no longer needed.
