I need to put in a warranty claim for one of the 15 nest protects that were installed just about 2 years ago in our non-profit shelter for women and children, the sensor has failed. I can not find information on how to submit a claim on the website, each link just brings me to more info pages with links to other info pages. It should not be this hard to put in a claim for a product that is intended to keep people safe. Someone, please provide a link to submit a claim.
device was manufactured on April 03 2019 according to the back of the device but was not purchased/installed until September/October 2020

I need to file a warranty claim for my Nest Outdoor cameras, which are still under warranty, but your system makes it very much impossible to file a warranty claim. I tried this link g.co/warrantyclaim, but after I filled out all info it just stayed inactive asking me to refresh the page, which I have done twice now with the same disappointment
