One of my Nest Protect Smoke Det/Carbon Monoxide units became offline a few weeks back. Usually it reconnects on its own. This time it did not. I walked thru every possible option to reconnect no help. I removed it from the app and was unable to connect. There’s no customer service number to get direct help. Please help!!!

What happens when you try to reconnect it to the app? Do you see an error in the Nest app?
