Nest protects

Hi I have a nest smoke alarm carbon monoxide unit and today it randomly alerts there is smoke in the hallway and there isn’t. This alert goes on every 5 minutes and is annoying. I took it off the wall and changed batteries and it continues to alert us! Please advise.

You could try cleaning the device so the sensors are not covert by dust and dirt. 😊
