Hi Graemel,

Sorry to hear the situation that you are experiencing with the Nest App on your Android device. Help is here!, you can follow the next troubleshooting steps.

  • Check Internet Connectivity: Ensure your device has a stable internet connection. Try accessing other apps or websites to verify.
  • Restart the Nest App: Force quit the Nest app and relaunch it.
  • Update the Nest App: Check for updates to the Nest app in the Google Play Store and install them.
  • Restart Your Device: Sometimes, restarting your smartphone or tablet can resolve app-related issues. Turn off your device, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • Clear App Cache and Data (if needed): If the Nest app continues to malfunction, you can try clearing the app's cache and data. Go to your device's Settings... (continue with instructions for clearing cache and data)

Let me know if you have any questions.

Best regards,

Chris
