Cannot connect thermostat to App after reset

My thermostat went offline and I tried to reset it. Now I cannot connect to the app at all. When I scan the QR code there is no key provided to proceed any further, also settings say there is no NEST app??? HELP Please?

@Alim, When you perform a Factory Reset of the Nest Thermostat is essentially new out of the box.  You must perform the same steps as the beginning.  When the Nest OS reaches the part where it directed you to download the APP, just select CONTINUE. The nest will display the code to add it to your APP. You will need to first delete the thermostat from your app.  This will allow you to add the Nest again.
