Your Nest Thermostat is either having a new software update, which is why it reboots itself, or it's receiving low power from your HVAC system. To isolate: what type of Nest thermostat is it? Did you notice any wiring reports or power issues? If so, what's the message? Also, please gather your thermostat's power readings in the Equipment settings or in the Technical Info settings for the Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Thermostat E.
