E74 wiring report No power to Rh wire detected

Please help me why my boiler turn off and show E74 no power. Thanks

Power on nest app says Offline but all connections are placed correctly

I have the same problem E74. I was able to charge the nest manually and got it to turn on. I tested placing it to the other zone in my home and it works with out problems. I had the AC/HV guys and they said that the AC/HV unit does not have problems and told me that the problem sould be the Base of the thermostat. 

Please advice, how to process the warranty replacement.
