FAN SCHEDULE

SUDDENLY THE FAN SCHEDULE IS NOT TURNING ON THE FAN BUT SHOWS ON THE APP THAT THE FAN IS RUNNING. THIS FEATURE HAS BEEN WORKING PROPERLY FOR THE LAST YEAR. ARE THERE ANY SETTINGS I CAN CHECK? WOULD RESETTING THE THERMOSTAT HELP?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest Thermostat. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
• How is your Nest Thermostat wired?

Does the fan turn on if you run it manually? Here's how:

1. Tap your thermostat's touch bar and select Fan.
2. Select how long you'd like your fan to run, then tap to confirm.
3. Choose Start to run the fan or Cancel.
4. Your fan will turn off automatically after the time you've selected, but you can turn the fan off early by selecting Stop from the fan menu.
