Hello Jake,

Yes I am still having issue. The nest thermostat connects and middle of night it says it is offline and temp in home drops to 10 to 15 degrees. I go back to thermostat and turn on manually and it show the temp in cell phone for little while and same stuff starts next day.

I have used google help and steps but does not helps.

Hello folks,

I'm sorry for the late response. I wanted to ensure that everything was covered here.

Thanks for the help here, Jake.

@nenpatel, how's your Nest Thermostat? Is it still going offline? If so, could you please check your thermostat's power readings in the Technical Info settings? When the battery level drops to 3.7 volts, it'll disconnect from the Wi-Fi network in order to save the battery. Also, are you receiving or getting any messages before they go offline?

I'll look forward to your response.

Best,
Mark
