Help with Nest 3rd Gen Thermostat Wiring

Good afternoon, i am trying to replace my old thermostat to the 3rd Gen Nest Thermostat. I’ve uploaded a photo of my current wiring, can anyone help?

I'm so sorry for the delay in our response, but I wanted to hop in here to make sure we addressed your concern. I can definitely understand the confusion when it comes to thermostat issues as it can be very odd to figure out sometimes, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 

First off, I would suggest using the Compatibility Checker to see if your system is compatible. Then, if it is, I would suggest contacting a pro to come out to help you with this since I know that the Nest thermostat is not compatible with stranded wires, every wire has to be connected to the Nest Thermostat system.

Unfortunately i have not gotten the answer. My system is a Heat Pump so i have more wires than usual and don’t know where to plug them in. The automated system tell me my system is compatible but at the end it doesn’t give me a diagram to follow it just tells me to hire a technician.

Hey Cifuentes8,

I am sorry that you are still having trouble setting up the device. Do you mind me asking if you had reviewed the articles sent above? During setup, the app will give you a custom wiring diagram to install your Nest thermostat. Please be aware that Nest Thermostat's are not compatible with jumper wires, so you will want to remove those. Please let me know if you have any questions from here.
