Hot Water Temperature problems - Google Nest Learning Thermostat

Before the Nest.  I heated my water every morning between 06.00 and 08.00 and the water was a great temperature and lasted for my daily use washing up etc.

Post Nest the water in the morning is tepid and doesn’t last long.  If I press Boost the right temperature is achieve.

I think I have a combi boiler.

I just wanted it to go back to how it was and not incur more electricity charges

Any ideas how to fix this - I rang the helpline they said I should increase the temperature on the boiler. An electrician did this but it has made no difference

Thank you for the information @Gill7 . I would be happy to try and assist you. Just to confirm, you mentioned you have a combi boiler. These usually have hot water on demand, so when you turn on the hot water on the tap, the water would be heated. You have a separate hot water tank and you use the schedule options on the Nest thermostat to schedule it to turn on?

Alex thank you so much for replying appreciate it.  Just before I received your reply I took a look in Hot Water - Settings. On/Off was set to off - so I changed it to On.  The last 2 mornings it’s been back to the correct temp.  Fingers crossed it stays that way. Gill
