Installer used wrong home location. How to change nest learning thermostat home location.

Thanks for posting and sorry for the delayed response. 

By any chance are you using a migrated Google account to sign into your Nest app? If yes, please follow the steps I've listed below using your Google Home app:

1. Open the Google Home app .
2. At the top, make sure that your home name is listed. If needed, tap the name to change your home.
3. Tap Settings   Home information  Home address​.
4. Tap Edit  Enter your address  Next.
5. Drag the map so that the pin is on your home and tap Done.

Note: When you change the home address, it will only affect the devices in the home you selected. You can edit or delete this address at any time.
