I have this product for a couple of months and, in all that time I have no info on the screen, just the home logo. I have everything on the forums, resetting the stat and the Wi-Fi, the heat link is installed but the stat won’t link. It is the type with its own stand and have tried taking it off the stand charging from the mini USB, this is the only time I get a message, saying put back on stand……. I’ve now run out of ideas.
