My Nest Wi-Fi stopped working.

 

The network is on but the device is offline. I tried factory reset and plugging and unplugging. It’s not working. Can customer service help me asap?

I appreciate that but that doesn't help us help you. Where in the steps does it go wrong? What did you try and what happened when you did those troubleshooting steps?

Step 1: Wait a minute or two for your network to appear

• My WiFi failed to connect after locating it and putting in correct password. 
• Next I Reset the device again to factory settings.
• Still failed to connect to wifi

And Wi-Fi works fine with your other devices? You've tried restarting your router?

Yes WiFi works on all of my other devices and nest thermostats.
