NEST thermostat is orange and appears to be heating but radiators are not heating up.

Have reset NEST thermostat and the HEAT LINK also appears to be working.

Pressure okay on heating system.

Any ideas please anyone?

Does the heat link click when you turn the display to call for heat?

have you tried manual mode on the heat link by pressing the button?

Hi there

yes everything appears to be working but no heat getting to rads

OK that looks like the heat link is talking to the display. The next thing assuming you have terminals 2&3 connected is test with neon tester term 3, that should be live when calling for heat, and term 1 off. When not calling for heat the reverse should happen. This proves the heat link contacts are switching.

sorry you’ve lost me now. I am only homeowner not professional, just trying to work the system before having to call someone out.

OK, I assumed you may have a neon screwdriver tester, to confirm the heat link is working. Most people have one tucked away in a draw.! With one of those you can prove the heat link is working.

Looks like you may need someone on site to prove.

Hi there @Thomochat and @Frustratedddd,

Thank you very much for your help, @Frustratedddd. @Thomochat, could you tell me please what are your Home/Away settings? These might interfere with the schedule, also, it's very important that we check on the manual mode is working, it's not very clear from the previous messages. Keep us posted.
