How do you obtain a replacement base for the Nest Leaning Thermostat v3.?

This is not replacing a thermostat. A Nest Learning 3 has been successfully installed. Not wired into mains so a stand was obtained, but the base to attach the unit to the stand has been lost in the interim, so a replacement base is required.
