Need to know compatibility of Nest thermostat with my HVAC connection

I did the online compatibility check and entered in the existing connections in the compatibility checker and it said Google would need to see a photo of the connections to determine if the Nest thermostat was compatible. 
I have the photos but this chat says I do not have permission to upload the photos. 
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out. Please try clicking this link then scroll down to your response and hit reply. Check for the camera icon or click the three horizontal dots to expand the toolbar. From there, you'll be able to reply and share a photo.

Hey Jdoutor,

Thanks for providing the photos of your thermostat wiring — I'm sorry for the delay. It looks like you have a heat pump system and it is compatible with Nest Thermostats. Also, I noticed that you have wires for your sensors. Please disregard those wires, as the Nest Thermostats already have a built in sensors, and you don't need any wires for that. 

Check out the wiring guide below:

NEST WIRING:

For Nest Learning Thermostat:

• C - Blue
• OB - Orange
• G - Green
• Y1 - Yellow
• W1 - White
• RC - Red

For Nest Thermostat E:

• C - Blue
• *OB - Orange
• G - Green
• Y1 - Yellow
• W1 - White
• R - Red

For  Nest Thermostat 2020

• C - Blue
• *OB - Orange
• G - Green
• Y - Yellow
• W - White 
• R - Red
