Hello - I too am having similar issues with a Nest 3rd Generation Heatlink.
I have checked 240v present to the incoming terminals and have done a reset to no avail on the button on the front. There are no LED lights on the front and no heating currently! As we are a community theatre we are going to need a new Heatlink or solution soon.
I have filled in the form mentioned in previous posts with the social handle @lowtherpavilion.
Please could someone help?

Hi there. I found your case. Could you also help me with some answers to these questions?
How long has your thermostat been installed for?
Did the issue happen during the installation?
Is there any error on the Nest thermostat display?
Have you had any power cuts recently?
Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?
If yes, was the power properly restored at the fuse board after work was done?
How many zones ( thermostats ) are present in the setup?
