We were told our system is compatible, but when we are going through the installation wizard, it keeps telling us we need to check compatibility. Would greatly appreciate assistance with installing for this setup. Thanks!

Hello K_M,

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the Nest Thermostat compatibility checker despite being told that your system is compatible. Let's work together to identify its compatibility.

Firstly, ensure that you are following the installation steps correctly. Double-check the system requirements and compare them with your system specifications to make sure everything aligns. If you're unsure of the compatibility, please share with us a photo of your existing thermostat's wiring set up so we can visualize how it was being labeled. Also, tell us the make and model of your HVAC system.

I'll look forward to your response.

Regards,
Mark
