Hi Team
I recently moved into a how and Google Nest Thermostat was pre-installed. It was working fine for almost a month but off late it is causing battery issues and I have to constantly charged using the USB cable.
Below are the current stats for the nest:
Battery: 3.706
Voc: 35.48V
Vin: 4.83V
lin: 20mA(i)
I am not sure what was the values when i moved in as i never had to look for these in my previous house. I am not having C Wire plugged in and it's a 4 Wire HVOC System. Currently Wires are pluuged into below sockets
Y, G, W1 & Rh
Please help me with the options to sort out the issue. If I need to call the Heating Maintenance company I can do that as I am having an annual contract with them.
Thanks

There is no solution my friend, I even installed a c wire adapter and that too doesn't work. Now Google says your new carrier furnace is faulty
