Nest Thermostat Wiring

My current thermostat includes the following labeled wires (all connected): G, W, Y, B, Rc.

Is my system compatible with the Nest thermostat, and if so, how do I connect the wires in the Nest?

Thanks for reaching out. I'd love to know more about this. Could you share a photo of your current thermostat's wiring and HVAC's system control board? What is your HVAC's make and model? Also, you could try our compatibility checker to see if your current system is compatible with the Nest Thermostat.
