Nest Thermostat compatibility wires

Hi guys

Google Home says my HVAC is not compatible with Nest on the wire selection in the APP… and it looks like it is just because of the RC and RH wire.

The difference I see is the RC and RH on my old one and the OB on Nest.

is it really incompatible?

there is no way?

Just lose the jumper between the RH and RC terminals and connect everything else by matching the terminal labels.

Just put the RC on R lose the jumper and it is all working!
