Nest Thermostat

Two weeks before Christmas my Nest stopped connecting to wifi.  Nothing in my wifi has changed, I’ve rebooted the router several times, and the router is not far from the Nest and has worked fine for many months. 

It was professionally installed.  I need a replacement.  I can’t connect via the app or use my remote sensors.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues re-connecting your thermostat to your Wi-Fi network — I'd love to know more about it: 

 

  • What is the message you receive on the Nest Thermostat?
  • Is the thermostat able to see Wi-Fi networks?
  • Could you please check its  power readout under technical info?
