@Philbrad, yikes! Let me take a look at this for you.
Did you try using the Help Center or troubleshooter before contacting support? If so, which steps have you tried already? If you haven't tried any steps, restart your thermostat by going to Settings > Reset > Restart, then check if the W5 still appears on the thermostat screen or Settings > Network.
