Suddenly I am not able to access my Nest remotely. I set up a new account but it didn't capture either of my Nest thermostats. The Nests say they are already connected to an account. However, i cannot find them nor can I control them remotely any longer.

Why did you set up a new Google account if your thermostats are connected to your old Google account?
If you really want to move your thermostats to a new Google account, you first need to go into your old Google account and remove the thermostats and do a factory reset. In the process, you will lose all of your settings.
