Nest app displaying that heat is on when it's really the AC that is on

We have two Nest 3rd gen thermostats for our HVAC. Everything in the system is working properly, however, about a week ago, I noticed that when the AC is on, the app display is orange and says heating. Thermostats are blue and say cooling and the HVAC is working properly. This is solely an app issue. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still having the issue. I guess it's not hurting anything, just strange.

Hi Ali723,

That's strange! No worries, please try removing the thermostat from the Google Home App and set it up again. That should remove the error.

Hi, thanks for the reply, but I don’t have or use the Google home app. I have an iPhone. As a side note, this is also happening on my husband’s iPhone.
