Nest compatibility with Daikin One touch

Hello - I have a Daikin system with an outdoor heat pump . Remotely I keep losing  WiFi connection with the Daikin one touch thermostat so I can’t monitor when I’m away . 

The SN’s for the Daikin  in garage system is  DFVE24BP1400AA and the outdoor unit DX6VSS2410AB

Can I replace the DAIKIN one touch thermostat with a NEST. I spoke with Daikin and they said I need to ask Google NEST.

Could you send us a wiring photo of your current thermostat wiring configuration so I can take a closer look? Also, you may use our Compatibility Checker to determine if a Nest Thermostat is compatible with your heat pump system.
