Nest not connecting to the network.

Hello
My Nest keep looking for the Network. Keep looking and looking. Band New!! The battery is fully charged. I charged it overnight. And still looking for the network. I know it's not a network problem or a router. I have another Nest that I purchase at the same time and it works perfectly and it finds the network.
What do I need to do to replace.

 I have the same problem. it's only used for 3 months. so disappointed

What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Do you see any messages or codes that appear on the Nest Thermostat display? If so, please let us know.

t's W5. i jst got it replaced. but it is SO bad that it's dead in 4 months.

Hi,

I'm having the same issue over here too W5 error. I've done all the troubleshooting I can. Any help will be appreciated, I don't want to buy another one. I have the Nest learning thermostat
