Hi. I’m getting a config error/contact Nest issue. I’ve installed these before, but now in a new home. Uploading a photo next. Wires in my current system:

R, W2/X2, W1, Y,G,O,B

hi Melba. I was able to get this to work after researching our current 7-wire system and configuring as follows:

R to Rc

W2/X2 to W2 Aux

W1 to W1

Y to Y

G to G

O to O/B

B to C

this worked for our system and passed all tests. Thanks for the assistance.

Do I have to assign this to a support specialist, or does someone usually respond? Thanks in advance

Hey D2theIzzo,

Sorry for the delay but thanks for posting and for the photo.

It is best that you contact a local pro for assistance as you have both an O wire and a B wire. Sometimes, the common wire in some systems are disguised as a B wire but we need to be sure. Check this out for more information: https://bit.ly/3zWUw1G
